International Dinner

Hola! aparently I like to write entries after big parties.
Yesterday was THE blast, the one.
International Dinner resulted to be perfect, indeed after hours and days of preparation, hard work and illusion (at least from María and I, and some other more it was so).
The salsa dance that they performed was perfect. Everyone liked it that much, and also aparently my performance with my keyboard and the progressive drums that I wrote and programmed in my laptop to play with them. These drumbeats weren't very hearable due to the bad labor of the person at the mixing system during the performance, I can do nothing about that. I couldn't hear these beats myself, so low were them and so loud was he keyboard. I was trying to figure them out in my head, wishing not to be out of time, the worst thing that can happen to a musician.. Aparently it worked. My voice wasn't understandable while singing because it also had been given a low volume.
Even though this happened all comments have been very positive and that made me really happy.
After my performance there were many others, some of them really good. I also walked with a Spanish casual-elegant wear, in the fashion show. I only could have some cuscus for dinner, they ran out of food before I got some (which was after my performing).. I only saved lots of the Spanish "Ensaladilla Rusa" for Cierra, who asked me so. María and I had cooked this cold salad and many many Spanish Omelettes (these with Leonor as well). The other Spanish guys did a sweet Spanish dessert called "Torrijas". Everything was, to be honest, really good.

The party after the Int. Dinner was at Arnold's place. Just too much.. words don't reach to explain it. I ended carrying (literally) Hye Kyoung until her bed at her place, 'cause she couldn't walk nor take care of herself. The night finished at 6 with Bohdan, Sasha and I falling asleep at Sasha's room.. awakening, and going to have lunch together today. I didn't got home until 3:30pm today hahaha.
I'm proud of those who worked so hard for the great acomplishment of the dinner. Now my illusions focus in different future events. Travels many of them, studying has also a starring role in my plans. Saint Patrick in Savannah next weekend. Spring Break in Florida. May in California?? and hopefully, many more.
Among the projects Chakib and I are planning to organise a kind of festival-party, with musicians performing and dancing. I'd like to play a whole length concert, maybe in Amicci's or in Buffs, now that I know how to program with software the rest of the instruments I could do very interesting things.
Many plans showing up.. next entries to be written.

Health Again!

Just got home as usually here, after hunging out during many hours.
Today I awoke ill, it really took me a long while being able to awake since my alarm sounded at 8:30 until I really awoke at 10:30 to go to my class at 11, cause I have exam of that one on Monday. I had to wait until 1pm to return some notes that I borrowed and then, being as weak and tired as the previous day, I couldn't reject an invitation to eat with Nana and María to a restaurant.. after eating I felt better and I could do my exercise routine at home as usual before feeling even much better and left to watch the play "Vagina Monologues", a lately very aclamed one at Rusell Auditorium. It was simply great! Such a reafirmation of the woman sexuality from so many many viewpoints -at sometimes dramatic. Funny, humble, disgusting, neurotic, lovely, passional, at others, depending on each character- written by the students, deserves to be enjoyed by everyone.
After the play, I felt like inviting everyone of those who I knew there, to come over to my place to have some drinks (I have some kinds now), and they (around 10 without the Spaniards) did come in wages. So we improvised a party with many kinds of music played from the internet with my laptop.
When we where done at my place, we went to hung out at Adams Hall (their residence) until 3:30am, I kept there even more, and just got home.
It's Incredible how the day totally changed, and took me back to my routine -of hunging out with people from all over the world learning many things about different cultures-, when it started just like the two previous days in which I felt terribly sick and weak, and I barely could think, talk or walk. How horribly bad I suddenly felt, during two days and how fast I could recover!
The strong will for getting better does miracles, and something more does too, of course..
